Thank you Laura for an inspiring mindfulness workshop as part of our wellbeing week. Laura is organised, dedicated and has such a well-developed tool-box of bite-sized mindfulness strategies. In just 1 hour, every staff member reported feeling empowered to bring more mindfulness into their daily routines at school. Highly recommend to all schools.

I have been using the Kind Minds Curriculum with my class and it's amazing to see how the children have learnt to listen to their bodies to help them name their emotions.
One of the boys said "Emotions are like bits of energy dancing around your body". This child has even shown his parents how to do mindful breathing as a tool to support him to unwind before bed.

All staff were impressed with how the workshops catered for the different age-groups. An EYP commented on how well the children engaged with Laura... The children have been using some of the mindful moments they learnt throughout the day. Staff were also taught ways to differentiate mindful moments for different learners- an idea that is simple but also very effective. If you would like to nurture mental wellbeing in your school then look no further than Laura and Kate at The Kindness Curriculum!
